The draw for the 33rd Federation Cup took place in presence of all Club Representatives and the Asian Football Confederation delegation at the Football House in Dwarka, New Delhi.
Group A and Group B would be playing their matches in Pune while Group C and Group D would be playing their matches in Kolkata. The winners from each of the Groups make it to the semis. The semifinals and the final are slated to be held in Kolkata. The Qualifiers for the tournament kick-off on September 8.
